Home Therapy Care (HTC) believes in a coordinated teamwork principle and the value of a participative approach in therapeutic management. We create and develop clinical teams in all areas in Southern California. If you have an 8-hour clinical job and you want to extend giving extra hour of care in the area where you live, YOU are welcome to join the HTC Team. Our Specialized Roles/Duties as Therapist: Patient Screening/Evaluation, Develop Treatment Planning, Execute Therapy Treatment, Evaluate/Analyze Clinical and Progress Data, Discharge Planning, Rehabilitation, Responsible for the implementation of standards of care in adherence to all conditions, and Self-Care Patient Education.

Physical Therapist: A Physical Therapist is a healthcare professional also known as a movement specialist who works to enhance quality of life by arranging exercise, hands-on care and patient education.

  • Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services.
  • Provides physical therapy consultation to home members or caregivers if needed.
  • Provide in-service educational programs for family members and caregivers as needed.
  • Participate in-peer consultation process.

Occupational Therapist: Our Occupational Therapist is responsible for empowering patients to participate fully in daily activities when his ability is hampered by any health impairments.

  • Evaluates home environment for hazards or barriers to have a safe independent living.
  • Performs work capacity evaluation for those planning to return to work.
  • Attends and participates in in-service and case meetings as required.

Speech Therapist: We provide care to people with speech, language, cognition or swallowing impairments of all ages. We are responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating and developing plans of care.

  • Identifies equipment needed by the patient relative to speech/language function.
  • Recommends communication devices or aids as needed.
  • Maintains clinical competency in speech pathology practice.
  • Instructs patient, family and caregivers in the patient’s treatment regimen as indicated.
